  • In-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Made-to-order and custom items require 2–4 weeks for processing unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • We use Royal Mail for most UK and international orders under 2kg. Heavier or express items may be sent via alternative couriers (e.g., FedEx).

  • We accept returns for eligible in-stock items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Custom or made-to-measure items are non-refundable.
