Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Made-to-order or custom items take approximately 3–4 weeks to make.

Which courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for most UK and international orders under 2kg.
Larger or bulkier parcels may be sent via a different courier, depending on weight and size.

Is UK delivery free?
Yes, standard UK delivery is free and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivery upgrades are available at checkout.

Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express orders are shipped via FedEx (where available) and can be selected during checkout.

Will I get tracking details?
Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

What happens if my order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items?
We normally ship everything together when all items are ready. If you'd prefer your in-stock items sent sooner, please contact us.
